Rule 60
Admonishing or writing an adverse opinion
: In any of the following cases, the officer ordering punishment may issue an admonition to the police officer or write an adverse opinion in the conduct report:-
(a) If performance is not satisfactory,
(b) Failure to follow the instructions given by a superior officer,
(c) Harassment of the customer,
(d) Rule 52, 53A. In case of violation of the rules regarding conduct mentioned in sub-rules (4) and (5), 54, 55 and 56 of
